1. Change of Mind Returns

In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, provided that:

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging​

All seals remain intact​

The product is in a resealable condition

To initiate a return, please contact us within the 14-day period. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items
​
For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty and cosmetic products cannot be returned if they have been opened, used, or unsealed, unless they are faulty or incorrect.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photographic evidence. Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund, in line with UK consumer law.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected

Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider

Original shipping costs (where applicable) are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
