1. Introduction
At Cloud Beauty, we are committed to providing a calm, refined, and professional environment for all clients. These Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure the highest standard of service, comfort, and safety.
By making a booking with Cloud Beauty, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Appointments & Bookings
All services at Cloud Beauty are offered strictly by appointment only. Appointments may be made online, by telephone, or in person and are subject to availability and confirmation.
The Salon reserves the right to refuse, amend, or cancel any booking in accordance with these Terms.
3. Online Bookings
3.1 Online bookings are considered confirmed only once acknowledged by the Salon.
3.2 Clients are responsible for ensuring all booking details are accurate at the time of reservation.
3.3 A booking confirmation does not constitute a guarantee that an appointment cannot be rescheduled or cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
3.4 Cloud Beauty reserves the right to amend or cancel online bookings where necessary for operational or safety reasons.
4. Client Cancellations & Rescheduling
4.1 Clients are kindly requested to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
4.2 Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in:
Loss of deposit, where applicable
A cancellation fee
Or the full service charge being applied
4.3 Repeated late cancellations may result in future booking restrictions.
5. No-Shows
5.1 A no-show is defined as failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice.
5.2 No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service value.
5.3 Clients with repeated no-shows may be declined future bookings at the Salon’s discretion.
6. Salon-Initiated Cancellations & Rescheduling
6.1 While every effort is made to honour all appointments, Cloud Beauty reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:
Staff illness or emergencies
Health and safety concerns
Equipment or facility issues
Unforeseen operational requirements
6.2 In such cases:
Clients will be contacted as soon as reasonably practicable
Appointments will be rescheduled within a maximum of 24 hours from the original booking time
6.3 By booking with Cloud Beauty, clients expressly acknowledge and accept that such rescheduling may occur and agree to the revised appointment offered within this 24-hour period.
6.4 No compensation, refund, or liability shall arise as a result of such rescheduling.
7. Refund Policy
7.1 Refunds are provided strictly at the Salon’s discretion and only where required by law.
7.2 Refunds may be processed online only for payments made directly to Cloud Beauty.
7.3 The Salon does not issue refunds for payments processed via third-party providers, including but not limited to:
PayPal
Klarna
Clearpay
7.4 Any refund requests involving third-party providers must be directed to the respective provider and are subject to their individual terms and conditions.
8. Late Arrivals
8.1 Clients arriving late may have their treatment time reduced or their appointment cancelled without refund, depending on availability.
8.2 Late arrivals that disrupt subsequent appointments may be treated as a no-show.
9. Salon Environment & Guest Policy
9.1 To preserve a tranquil, safe, and professional environment, Cloud Beauty operates as an adult-only salon.
9.2 Clients are respectfully requested not to bring children to appointments. The Salon is not equipped to supervise or provide care for children.
9.3 Pets are not permitted on the premises, with the exception of registered assistance animals.
9.4 Clients are kindly asked to attend appointments unaccompanied, unless a companion is directly involved in the booked treatment.
9.5 The Salon reserves the right to refuse entry or cancel an appointment if these conditions are not respected, without refund.
10. Right to Refuse Service
Cloud Beauty reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services where:
The Client’s behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate
The treatment is deemed unsuitable
Salon policies are not respected
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 Cloud Beauty shall not be liable for delays or cancellations arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
11.2 Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited under the laws of England and Wales.
12. Amendments
Cloud Beauty reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on the Salon’s website and will take immediate effect.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
